Dear Team Christi,
Happy New Year! Aren’t you thankful we serve the One Who makes ALL THINGS NEW? Guess what, we have more “new” to share with you! As you may know we’ve transitioned the ministry name to Christi Le Fevre Ministries and our website, www.christi.org, is LAUNCHING TODAY! At the start of this new chapter, I’d like to discuss…YOU. When Mylon was here, we named our partner family, Team Mylon. But now with Mylon in heaven, you’ve proven you’re connected to the healed heart vision God’s given me for the future of this ministry. So, I’m excited to announce our new partner family name:
TEAM CHRISTI
The word team is important because it’s defined as “people working together to achieve a goal.” Together we make a difference for JESUS and we’re ALL on Team Jesus! He’s The One who calls us to help each other in the family of God. How do you help? Through faith-filled prayers, cheerful giving, attending ministry events and sharing this ministry’s resources with others.
What is the goal we’re working together to achieve? The most important thing happening on the planet today is preaching the Gospel. Even rising to positions of influence in politics, the world of finance, academia, entertainment or the military sector, heaven’s goal is preaching the gospel in each of these realms to advance the kingdom of God.
Winning souls is our focus. Specifically reaching those who are brokenhearted, who believe they’ll never live happy lives again. We want to reach them with the truth, Jesus is The Healer of the brokenhearted. Because the condition of the heart is spiritual, Jesus is the only One who can heal the heart. I walked through the deepest heartbreak and emotional pain I’ve ever experienced and… I made it! But a choice was required—I had to choose to live again. My testimony proves you can pass through the valley of weeping and come out stronger.
A healed heart leads to a JOYFUL LIFE in JESUS. I call it JESUS JOY. It’s not dependent on everything being perfect. You tap into “Jesus Joy” on the inside where the fruit of His Spirit abides. (Galatians 5:22) Please understand, anything less than a JOYFUL life is not God’s highest and best for us. No matter what difficulty we may be facing, if we’re not enjoying being a Christian, we’re not doing it right. We need heart help! (Check out our Heart Help resources at christi.org) Thank you for the encouragement you’ve been to my heart. You kept your commitment and that’s covenant.
In Philippians 1:3-5 NKJV, Paul’s message to his partners is how I feel about you, “I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy, for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now.” Verse six I pray over you: I am “confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.” Verse seven explains “it is right for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart.” I love this because I have YOU in my heart! Therefore, all this ministry accomplishes for Jesus, you “are partakers with me of grace.” You may be thinking, what is that grace?
By the grace of God, I’ve come “through the valley of the shadow of death.” Jesus gave me the “oil of joy for mourning” and I’ve experienced supernatural JOY in the middle of heartbreak and peace that doesn’t make sense. (Jeremiah 29:11)
As you sow your “first-fruits” seed at the beginning of this new year, you’re starting the year right! Proverbs 3:9-10 says one way we HONOR God is with “our capital and with the first-fruits of ALL our income.” The great reward is, “So shall your storage places be filled with plenty, and your vats shall be overflowing with new wine.” Did you get that? Seed must be sown if we want new wine to overflow. Woohoo, that’s what we expect in 2026, more than enough to do the will of God and overflowing NEW WINE for this new season!
